Who this covers

This policy covers KCM Cleaning ("we", "us"). If you contact us for a quote, this explains what personal data we collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you use the quote form, call or WhatsApp us, we collect whatever you give us: your name, phone number, email address, location and details of the job you need doing.

What we use it for

• Getting back to you with a quote
• Arranging and carrying out cleaning work you've booked
• Keeping basic job and contact records for regular rounds

We don't use your data for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

• FormSubmit.co - processes the quote form and forwards submissions to our email.
• GitHub Pages / Cloudflare - host and serve this website, and provide basic security. They may log standard technical data (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver a booked job. If you become a regular customer, we keep basic contact and round details for as long as we're cleaning for you.

Cookies

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07533 407765 or email us and we'll sort it out.
